Day 10
Ideally the work schedule is Monday through Friday. So when
we are not at work on a Monday morning and the heart is craving and wishing for
the day to be Friday.
So why is there a saying “Thank God it is Friday?” and what
is the power of Friday
So as a social animal humans are seeking an opportunity to
reenergize by prevailing the opportunity to spend with their loved ones. On a
work week, we are tired by the fourth day, but now on the fifth day, the
technical Friday are you really tired? Do you feel a boost of energy on Friday?
Personally for me, Friday is a boost of energy. I have more
energy on my two days off, more than the whole week of energy at work. Personally
I feel the ability to spend time with friends and family, at the time social hour
helps in the reenergize process.
What happens to the brain? Do you think the brain is trained
to lookout for a day for a break? But what is really a mental break? Is it when
we don’t have to function under any guidelines or restriction? Do you agree we
could be more productive on our days off, because of the high energy levels?
If every day was a
Friday, and if the energy level of celebration correlated for a Friday then the
production is on a rise
