What was your latest inspiration?

Day 44

Do you agree to this argument that the terms motivation and inspiration normally work in conjunction to each other? The term motivation will reflect a personal psychological support that normally requires a boost to achieve a completion, striving for the positive end-result. The term inspiration will reflect a personal psychological support that occurred because of an ignite that caused within. On a long term basis the effect of inspiration has the potential of a better success rate. The key of progressiveness would be maintaining a unique balance between the two elements of motivation and inspiration. Is it possible that motivation can create an inspiration effect or vice-versa?

So here is my question: What was your latest inspiration?

The probability of inspiration is miraculous because the sources that can cause an inspiration are unpredictable? It could be any elements that you encounter in life like a book, movie, place, music, scenic, a lifestyle, people etc. become a root cause of an inspiration. Is it possible that the elements that inspired you before may not inspire you a second time? An inspiration in a way is your mind’s reaction to the surrounding creating a sense of positive commitment. The completion of an inspirational project provides you a great sense of satisfaction in contrast to the sense of success.

This is an example of my inspirational journey. Last year we started a project called International Friendship Network (IFRIENDNET ORGANIZATION), where the main goal was to educate by sharing our own knowledge. The focus of the project was towards two Caribbean nations: Haiti and Dominican Republic. The inspiration was a firsthand experience watching the poor lifestyle of both these nations. Theoretically they are a tourist nation but outside tourism they are an extremely poor country. The journey was to help them teach English, Customer Service and Small Business projects so they can find jobs and support their livelihood.

When we started this project, our students spoke zero English. Today after almost one year after the initiation of the project, students are able to communicate back with us in English with little assistance of translation. We have become the part of their lives and their prayers. The inspiration project provides us a sense of satisfaction in comparison to success. This sense of satisfaction fuels us improve our commitments and innovations for the project. We started the project with 30 students, and today we have 200 learning students and 700 students in the waiting list.

The root cause of inspiration that can potentially change a life, surpasses a thousand motivators”
