Do you forget your own problem, when you encounter a problem of anotherperson?

Day 39

Has this ever happened to you that you have great problem of yours but when you hear the problem of another person you get completely involved in it. I never realized what caused this effect but I have always tend to forget my own problems in situations like this.

So here is my question: Do you forget your own problem, when you encounter a problem of another person?

After questioning the cause of this shift in the chain of thought, my best solution was the mind is working again. When you are in a personal problem there are times your body reacts accordingly and you can't find a solution. Let me propose an example: you are stuck at a problem and your mind is blank, but then when you walk away from it for sometime your mind is ready to retake the challenge.

A change of atmosphere can do miracles at this senario. For some reason we get the energy to pursue further. Do you think our brain is designed to seek out a diversion when in a jam?

"The ability to find an energy kindle when all your sources have drained out, makes worth living."
